"I believe every individual deserves support that is rooted in compassion, respect, and genuine human connection."
— Amber Mobley, BCBA · Founder
Every service is tailored to the individual — not a checklist. We meet people where they are and build from there.
A thorough, person-centered evaluation of behavior, environment, and support needs to build a clear picture of how we can help.
Custom behavior support plans built around each person's unique strengths, goals, and values — not a one-size-fits-all template.
Hands-on, compassionate support to reduce challenging behaviors and build meaningful life skills in home and community settings.
Proactive planning and responsive strategies to keep individuals and caregivers safe, calm, and supported during difficult moments.
Empowering families and care teams with the tools, confidence, and understanding to support their loved ones every day.

BCBA · Since 2021
My journey began as a fourth-grade peer tutor. I discovered the joy of helping others learn, grow, and reach their full potential — and that passion has stayed with me ever since.
I began my professional journey serving the developmental disability community in 2006. Over the years, I've provided respite care, in-home behavioral support, ABA services, and educational support across a variety of settings. I've learned that meaningful progress happens when individuals, families, caregivers, and professionals work together toward shared goals.
As a mother myself, I deeply value parent and caregiver partnerships. I've been practicing as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since June 2021, and I remain committed to compassionate, trauma-informed, and person-centered practices — moving away from outdated compliance-focused approaches.
I founded Compassionate Care because I believe every individual deserves support rooted in dignity, respect, and genuine human connection.
